1969 - 1974 Studied Economics at the university of Hamburg, received the German academic degree: Diplom-Kaufmann (Commerce/Business degree). During this period, consistently employed in the accounting and administration departments of various companies.

1957 - 1969 Attended senior secondary schools at Elmshorn, Uetersen and Hamburg
